"We are what we eat"
Is the motto of Ernesto Preatoni, the creator of the Domina Coral Bay, which for years has promoted a natural and organic diet, producing almost entirely and on his own the necessary food, vegetables, meat, dairy and oil. Even the bread and pasta are made with wheat from its production.
Since the early '80s, Ernesto has embarked on a project of organic farming: farm produce grown on a soil prepared with special care, fertilized with natural products in an absolute respect for the environment. To make this possible, several thousand cubic meters of fertile land from the Nile’s mouth area have been transported to Coral Bay. A huge effort to make the impossible possible: to create a farm in the desert to ensure healthy, natural and top quality food for our customers.
Our chefs are excited about this project to the point of following up the process of planting, from their point of view there is nothing better than cooking with high quality products so that the dishes are tastier and healthier. Our aim is not only to provide and excellent restaurant service, we aim to protect the welfare and wellbeing of our customers.
