The wellbeing of our clientele is our priority. This has always been the mantra of Ernesto Preatoni, the founder of Domina Coral Bay who, for many years, promoted and recommended a natural diet, producing himself whatever foodstuffs were necessary: from vegetables to meat, from dairy products to oils, from bread to pasta – produced with wheat from his own production – as a result of Ernesto’s hard work on the farm, virtually all the needs of the resort when it came to food, were catered for.
Since the early 1980’s, the company’s products have been grown on land that has been well looked after, fertilized with natural fertilizers out of respect for the environment and according to the dictates of organic farming. This is a company that has organised the transportation of several thousand cubic metres of fertile earth from the mouth of the River Nile to Coral Bay. This required a huge effort to make the impossible possible – to create a farm in the desert in order to guarantee healthy, natural and high-quality ingredients for our clientele.
Since this milestone was achieved, the chefs at the Domina Coral Bay hotel, as well as all the other eating establishments inside the resort, have continued to embrace this project and still today, in the enchanting village at Sharm El Sheikh, just a few steps from the Red Sea, the only products that are used in the kitchens are of the highest quality in order to serve our guests with the most tasty and healthy dishes in a further endeavour to protect the wellbeing of our customers.Book now
